k so ; i got my second hole pierced on the 14th. The lady was clean and stuff but my ear lobe itches like crazy! i feel like i wanna rip off the earring!
theirs no liquid oozing out or anything. i twist the earrings about twice a day and i clean them with peroxide. is that bad? lol should i get the actual piercing cleaner? lemme know.
does it usually itch when you get the second hole on your lobe pierced?
oh yeh, and when can i take off the earring?

NO NO NO No peroxide!!! That closes the ear. That's Y it itches. It's trying to heal a open wound. Get a piercing cleaner. The right solution. It's not suppose to itch. And say 3 weeks if it's not hurting/itching to be on the safe side.Wow, Lexi. This is a question. I think people make to much ado about cleaning and such. I got two in my ears years ago when I was a young, tough boxer. I did it the right way and I barely felt the slight sting. I kept my earring in for over a week without ever cleaning it, and nothing ever became infected! I think you are over-cleaning the stud! Just leave it alone for several day to a week and I bet the itching will dissipate! Also, I just used men's cologne for the alcohol instead of buying a bottle of alcohol Leave the stud in your ear and simply twist it around often and that should do the trick. Also, I often just used hot water and that does a fine enough job; just leave it under the water for about thirty seconds to sterilize well. But turn the water on low to conserve, please? Water should be our highest ideal for health and the air we breath; both should be conserved and not taken for granted Also, put a little vaseline in your ear on both sides and that will help tremendously to eradicate the itching. Vaseline is my cure-all for cuts and scrapes. Be well beautiful one!no peroxide. Just sea salt soaks twice a day and clean the piercing with dial soap. Also, quit turning your earrings. You are irritating the piercing. Also, wait 6 weeks to remove the starter jewelry. Hope this helps.perfectly normal, i got my seconds last summer and it itched for about 2 weeks, its a good thing cause it shows its healing properly...
