GND - no rewards

  • In trying to book a flight to Grenada (in the Caribbean), it is one of the unlisted flights on the website. So after speaking to an agent and assuring her that I did not want to fly to Spain and that there was a Grenada in the Caribbean and yes that AC serviced it.

    She said they did not have flights. Is this a matter of award seats not being available (which seems unlikely given that every seat is seemingly 100K points, but at least available these days)? Or just that the destination is not loaded properly into their system?


  • GND is operated by Air Canada vacations.

    AC1840, 1 flight weekly on Sundays between December 21, 2008 and April 19, 2009.

    I don't think ACV flights are available for redemption.
